Aim: To provide financial support to cover once-off relocation costs to students joining the TESS programme from abroad or outside of the Académie de Toulouse.
Maximum total funding available for all Settling In Grants: €32 000 per year
Selection criteria: All students, regardless of nationality, registered for the first year of the TESS programme are eligible to receive the Settling In Grant which is awarded as follows:
- €1500 is granted to each student registered at an institution outside of France in the year prior to enrolling for TESS.
- €800 is granted to each student registered at a French institution outside of the Académie de Toulouse in the year prior to enrolling for TESS.
Expected structure of the application: Students do not need to apply for this bursary. It is automatically granted to each student meeting the selection criteria and who has followed the TESS courses during the first semester.
Recipients will be contacted at the beginning of the academic year and will be required to send a copy of their student card and banking details (RIB) to tanya.robinson@obs-mip.fr
Payment: The Settling In Grant will be paid in December of the student’s first year of TESS
Communication: TESS reserves the right to carry out any promotional activities related to the grant and its beneficiaries. The beneficiaries agree to participate in any communication and promotional activities related to the grant at the request of the Graduate School.
